EFFECTS: fortifying the spleen and draining dampness; warm-resolving phlegm-retained fluid.
INDICATION: phlegm-retained fluid due to deficiency of the middle yang; fullness in the chest and hypochondrium; dizziness and palpitation; cough induced by shortness of breath; white slippery fur; string-like slippery pulse.
